What you guys think of using EVR shell to go public?

Iv bought evr. I'm not sure it's going to be northbud but something is up. Audet is buying shares, the website looks like it's being dismantled, and the US ticker has changed. I'm fairly certain it's a shell for something just not 110 percent it's northbud although this seems likely

Makes complete sense that it’s a shell for Northbud ipo, easiest and quickest way for northbud to get its ticker, Audet is a big part of this happening

its always possible that Audet or whoever else holds the buck of these share will try and force it back down to continue the accumilation. iv swung these types of days in the past to better my position. But what shall be shall be this time around. Im too interested in the outcome. Good luck
