The only line that I am concerned is this "Additionally, he managed numerous exits via the public market or an outright sale to large pharmaceutical companies on behalf of the venture capital funds. " Hopefully they dont plan any such moves till the pps is $5+

Stranious, you lose all credibility with the way you present your arguments. The way you write paints you as someone with little knowledge or intelligence, and you don’t bring any facts to the table. If you are truly a white night as you say then explain your position. Use facts and evidence rather than name calling. Otherwise, you join the ignore list.
