Share consolidation now in the works for TBP

Ratio in the range of 1 new share for either 15 or 20 existing common shares.

This can only mean ( Hopefully !!! ) that a Big Deal is anticipated within the next 12 months.

Otherwise the stock would gravitate back to it's old share price. Historically, that's what penny stocks do.

It is way too simplistic to think that just consolidating will get you trading at $4.00 or more. NO WAY.

Aphria trades today @ $4.70 . That is where Tetra would be, in theory, after a 1:20 consolidation. No way this happens, without support from a Major Deal.

So I must conclude that something big $$$ is being contemplated within the next 12 months by APHA management.
