Rumours off APH buy-in TBP?

Has anyone been hearing fresh talk of this? I know it was speculated in the past with Aphria being as invested as they are.. tetra would be a great U.S. proxy for APH with hopeful legislative reform coming up.

wont cost them that much...dead money for a while so they can slowely pick off shares if they really wanted and not pay the normal 15% premium

  aph won't buy TBP they done even care anymore. They used to own about 9% but now they own much less due to dilution.

They used to own around 19 % and are currently down to 9.54 % due to dilution.
