Sorry he just seems a little misleading to me , classic example last week  is when  the news release came out about the health Canada inspections ,it would sound like they inspected Tetra Bio Pharma labs  when in reality they inspected the  companies that Tetra has hired to do their work, he never mentioned the actual physical locations or companies .He only seems to give 1/2
