Preliminary Incident Cause.
Preliminary Incident Cause.Gasfrac was not puimping at the time. A vac truck was hooked into a line near the wellhead with a hose and was vac'ing out a methanol mixture from the line. For some reason, the wellhead isolation tool was opened (it is a remote hydraulic valve). The pressure from the well came into the vac truck hose and the spark that ignited also came from the vac truck. The vac truck operator and 2 firefighters were the ones airlifted. Gasfrac has some damage to windows etc. Other than some cuts from the glass and bruises, their employees are largely unhurt. This is not their incident but they will be pasted with it in the media.
