GASFRAC Energy Services Inc. GSFVF

GasFrac Energy Services Inc is an oil and gas service company. It is engaged in providing liquid petroleum gas fracturing services to oil and gas companies in Canada and the United States of America. A different approach...

A different approach...I elected to sell a couple of my oil companies that actually made some gains and elected to purchase GFS as a proxy of the oil and gas market as a whole.   With all the pending plays on oil shales, GFS is poised to benefit with the added frac units that reportedly came on in the last quarter.  The number of development plays in the saskatchewan and Alberta Bakken, Cardium, Montenay, etc. should have significant backlog.  GFS has to be a leading indicator on the health of the field activity and should rebound after the last quarterly results...most of the analysts have now lowered expectations on the earnings, so the next two quarters should over deliver on earnings expectations.   I'm accumulating at this price and a year from now I'm looking for a green number in my performance summary.....hopefully.  Knocking on wood and hoping all the safety provisions are adequate.
