Agree with your post StockShark. 

It looks like a early spring this year with the road bans coming in already.  The rigs and heavy equipment will be coming out of the field shortly as more road bans come on.  The bans caused problems with GFS workloads previously.  Hopefully they can schedule unit maintenance and have a larger and more diverse clientele which lessens the impact of spring breakup.
