@Magonista Was looking to diversify a little out of oil and gas and add some junior miners - looked through the financials here and it looks like they'll need to raise equity very soon to meet debt obligations, as they are losing around $8.5 million a quarter with just under $3 million in cash as of June 30th? Am I missing something?

@littleowl Yes @Magonista They raised 8 million in August.

@Magonista @littleowl - thanks - and the financing terms look pretty damn good considering where the share price is now.

@littleowl @Magonista note that Fidelity took the largest position in the financing, which was actually a bought deal by Cantor Fitzegrald, Apparently Fidelity couldn't take more because it would have put them above the 10% threshold. They are now GSVR's largest shareholder.
