Brokered Best Efforts Financing

Is this not a desperate cry for help? A Best Efforts Financing? You can not get more desperate than this for money? More dilution for the long time shareholders who actually still trust in this company's management. The only winner in this deal is the Brokers who will take 6 % right off the top , and get a bunch of warrants for the stock , at a yet to be disclosed price!!! Obviously the market loves this announcement and are showing their confidence in this financing as the share price is cratering , already down 3.5 cents and falling. The stock price is below the ask price for the offering. What a mess. Good luck to all!
