I see an open pit close to surface as a lower capital expense than an underground one, so we will win on that one. As for Mills perhaps a high grade 500 to 1000 t/day built first and the lower grade one 1000 to 3000 t/day later as money flows in.

Just gota wait a little longer on this one, the majors are getting massive margins and positive cash so one could just say...Let's go for it.
