How is that not being looked at?
It's pretty clear when you look at the level 2 someone is being manipulative. I'm okay with it in in that I'm scooping these cheap shares but I'm just surprised it is allowed to be manipulated they way it is. How do they not see how odd those share blocks and bid/asks are? Works for me and all the other long players I'm sure but to what end is this happening? Is it an acquisition play or a short play? Or what? Regardless it's pretty shady.
