I too thought the resource estimate was the ulitmate deal breaker but have been told it is not and that GBR is actively pursuing listing and could be done by end of Q2 this year. 
there are  admin issues -  setting up governance committees  and is a slow process 
i believe it will happen  before maiden resource estimate in Q1 22  -
