We don't qualify for a major exchange.  We need a resource estimate.

Don't believe that is the case. I too thought the resource estimate was the ulitmate deal breaker but have been told it is not and that GBR is actively pursuing listing and could be done by end of Q2 this year.  there are  admin issues -  setting up governance committees  and is a slow process  i believe it will happen  before maiden resource estimate in Q1 22 ...more

Hey guys,who is correct here? I have watched junior oil companies list on Toronto right from the start (decades ago), but have no idea about the requirements. Lechmeir are you sure about your post?

I'm not entirely sure now...  Maybe someone can explain what's required.  It looks like they're looking for a technical report by a qualified person. See page 26 here. https://www.tsx.com/ebooks/en/2021-guide-to-listing/26/

I think a Toronto listing would be more positive for the share price than a bunch of very positive drill results. Go figure.

There are about 8 items required for listing on the TSX. #1 property requirements.Advanced property detailed in a technical report detailed by an independent qualified person. I think that means a 43-101 report stating the projected gold oz. in different categories . Reserves, proven and probable, and whatever else there is. Go and look it up ,yourself, qualifications for listing a junior gold ...more
