It doesn't help they announce that an announcement is only FIVE weeks away.  And why prior to the release do a bunch of insiders receive a load of rights/options?  Hopefully the news is so outstanding that those options are immediately in the money.  And hopefully there will be drilling news prior to the big shindig because June 7th will represent nearly two months since the prior drilling news.
