Great Bear Resources is the latest firm to cash in on the frothy market environment, with the company this morning announcing a $37.2 million bought deal private placement of flow through common shares. The financing is being led by that of Cormark Securities and CIBC Capital Markets.

some managers love to fund raise, dilute dilute dilute....we shall see how it works out....a bunch of stocks I own are being diluted the past few days to raise money...guess I should have known

Now that is how you do a financeing. Bought deal at almost yearly high and dilute by a meazly 2 mil shares. Hear comes the drills.

If you notice who is mentioned in the financing and who was doing the selling to raise cash for the PP it all adds up. If I remember it's roughly a 35% discount for tax purposes on a flow through and a hold for 4 months. So they done their job. CT is happy and weak hands got taken out. Usually this is very good for shareholders...even though the stress added a few more grey hairs.
