March 5, 2021 - Economic Calendar

Get ready for "better than expected" non-farm payroll Friday.  This will be used to erase most/all equity losses over this week as well as pounding gold well below $1700 USD.  

Yen/USD carry was on fire today.  More to come tomorrow and PoG down $30 tomorrow is my guess.

They have no choice but to throw the kitchen sink to keep the ship afloat.

And there you have it.  Better than expected job numbers.  Nobody could see that one coming.  Then it was Yen carry to the rescue to get the limp market up.  They even tried to pound PoG but failed.  I would say gold has bottomed.  I don't know if it's short or long term, but I think we go up next week.  Couple that with some good drill results, and ...more
