Why?

I have been holding GBR shares for more than two years. The move by Kinross was a surprise
I like it.
But as other excellent posters have mentioned, there is no maiden resource. 
And more drill results to come.  I am thinking, why would Mark Bristow( Barrick) let this gem slip through his fingers?  With no MR, is the sizzle may be worth more than the steak?....pg

and maybe Barrick has already done their DD and that's why we haven't heard anything from them (no bid).

In ct news release Barrick and Newmont both offered more than Kinross in cash but he favoured Kinross . Don't know why maybe they offered him a job ?
