Pardon me but i just need a rant about this.

Has anyone else been having, even more than the usual, problems with this garbage website?
I don't know if anyone else here remembers the SH website before they updated it and completly screwed it up, it was at least 12 years ago now. The site was great then.. worked like a dream.. never a glitch.. then they got some new company in to revamp the whole thing and even after 12+ years it is still the worst site on the planet. 
I have written to them a few times about it and they always say 'yes we are aware of this problem' but I mean WTF 12+ years and the site is still an absolute P-O-S!
