Management talked about doing something like this a long time ago but it was so early in the program that it wasn't much more than a passing comment, a what if thing.

Chris has now been lifting our skirt all over the place and maybe he's starting to get a few people excited so he's thinking maybe it's time to put a little protection in place just in case someone get's carried aweigh. We are only just in speed dating mode but you never know.
It only takes one horny mining exec to screw up your plans of a long and happy life as an unencumbered explor co.
Still think it's too early to get worried about our Godfather marrying us off too soon but once we show off more of our goodies anything could happen ! 
As long as we keep our fingers and everything else crossed we may be able to avoid an unwanted proposal from some old geezer and instead wait for a White Knight to ride in on his Golden Chariot !


And to answer your question, any proposal has to be announced right aweigh, it's material !
