I have a link to the document a couple posts back.

We check most of the boxes, but the part about the report by the qualified person is a stumbling block as far as I can see.  We'll have a resource estimate probably just as soon as we could do that.

I still figure the buyout isn't going to depend on what exchange we happen to be listed on.  The price is going to be what a buyer is willing to pay.  When the time comes folks are going to be sharpening their pencils.
