          Words falsely spoken that damage the reputation of another

Your statement is completely false as confirmed by the CEO; as confirmed by the CEO "...Not true at all...".

I am giving you the opportunity to retract yourself or I will:
1.   Forward a copy of your post and the reply from the CEO to Stockhouse.
2.   Forwad the CEO all relevant information relating to your post and let him take whatever action he deems advisable.
