And the pillaging/carnage is not limited to just the Venture Exchange - the TSX itself is not much better. There have been many TSX stocks (some of them formerly large cap blue chips) embroiled in scandals where the rights of shareholders were essentially ignored. Nothing new here folks - it's the Canadian way. You put your money down and spin the wheel....
