IMO, you were dead on Boozy. The really sad part is that this episode is just another in a long line of scandals that the regulators will either sweep under the carpets, or if enough public pressure is brought to bear, will 'investigate' ad nauseum until everybody forgets about it or just gives up in disgust. Meanwhile, market manipulation, deception, and illegal insider trading are alive and well and paying very handsomely, thank you. It's the Canadian way after all.
