Just hope that Gold holds up at good levels by end of this year. Financing the balance wouldn't / shouldn't be a problem.

Next in line will be the execution. Currently Its a ruthless market and any mistakes will be severly punished. I already see management planning for contingency in the current financing plan.

Inspite of all these, this company is in better shape compared to many and company has funds to weather this year and continue to execute its plans. Securing Debt finance with no equity dilution if possible will be a great trigger for this.

Relax and grab it when prices correct without company specific events.
