Someone Explain this Company

Someone Explain this CompanyLosing money hand over fist.  Valued so high, what gives ?  

They have a pill coming out, so what ?  The industry is changing & there are oils & gelcaps available now for prescription.  I've tried to find reasons to invest - perhaps someone could post a link ?

Signs point to a slow & steady decline.
