The wild guess is some one or ones got wind of some impending good news and load up at the last minute.  Who knows for sure.  At least we know it's not bad news, otherwise it would have been a big sale right at closing.  

 

In all seriousness, most of the time we can guess all we want and usually it amounts to nothing.
