Weak

Weak1.5M just sold at 7.5. Bid now 7. Bought a few more. I like the story, but not the price action. PEI is selling at 25% of NPV. 5000 bpd by year end, and profitable. What's not to like? Yet the stock is a dog. What does this big seller know that we don't?
