RE: RE: PP?..

RE: RE: PP?..kiwi... there does seem to be something extraordinary about this relatively large pp... given production pp was only twice this amount... and the timing.  not too sure what to think at this point but it was certainly not telegraphed in any way by the company.  i do like the fact that the terms are quite a bit more favorable than even the adr pp just a few months ago.  half as many shares per warrant and exercise price is double.  given financers are the same that would seem to indicate they see progress to date positively and are optimistic going forward.  the cash that should be generated next year will easily cover both of these debt obligations.  the question is why pay interest if you dont have too?... well you do if you need the cash because of operational issues... bad... or you do if you have identified uses for this cash that will yield a greater return than the interest rate you pay... good.  based on the record of ggn mgmt i would be inclined to think the latter.  i do hope we get some additional directon on this in the days ahead given this was obviously not in the plan in most shareholders minds.  i am confident we will hear soon enough.
