SGN+GGN? SGN+GGN merger? Maybe via SGN acquisition of GGN?... Maybe all share deal of 1 SGN for 5 GGN?... SGN could acquire GGN or two companies could merge... call it whatever you want.
Wouldn't such a deal be beneficial to shareholders of both companies?
IMO... GGN has an asset (a gold producing asset that will eventually make someone a lot of money) whose value is currently 'locked' because of the existing $4.8M due July 31 and other monthly payments and the predatory dilution schedule that goes along with it. Enter a company with the means to get through the next 3-4 months into the period of 'cash flow positive' and the company (SGN) has an income generating asset with tremendous potential. Shareholders of both companies win, given the circumstances.
Why wouldn't the SGNs of the world want a 40% interest in Borealis? Otherwise Waterton gets it all.
Aren't these the types of deals Directors are supposed to be negotiating versus one-sided debt deals with partners who seem to ultimately only want and who seem to ultimately always get the secured property (i.e. Golden Phoenix and Royal Standard)?
Other than GGN coming out indicating they have successfully negotiated favorable debt refinancing this is the only other sensible outcome here that I can think of anyway. Maybe that's the plan? Maybe it's not? No idea. Pure speculation.
All I do know is that SHAREHOLDERS BUILT THIS COMPANY and SHAREHOLDERS DESERVE TO FINALLY SEE SOME BENEFIT.
Are we simply going to sit back and watch the %s tick off? Monthly news release keeping shareholders up-to-date on % lost this month with zero production details? Is that what we see? Really? Scary thing it it's what we have seen thus far.
