The Borealis Property is 27.5 square miles located in the Walker Lane gold belt of western Nevada. The Company's land position covers approximately 17,600 acres for the Borealis property and over 60 Nevada exploration properties, which cover approximately 70 square miles in the state's gold trends. The Borealis property has approximately 1.4 million ounces of measured and indicated gold resources, and approximately 1.1 million ounces of inferred gold resources have been accredited to the one square mile Central Borealis zone. Its Borealis property has over five other prospective zones that are being explored, which have the potential to host significant gold resources. The Company continued drilling on the Borealis property in the Graben resource, and in the central and western pediment areas.

Emerge?...

Emerge?...What's the concensus?...

Does Gryphon Gold Corp. successfully emerge from Ch. 11 protection with existing equity tact?

Thoughts?

Would seem to be a rather large following of ACTUAL SHAREHOLDERS (unlike most recent Board members and executive) very interested in the proceedings.  Waterton is the only large creditor.  Would not seem like anything impossible to overcome would it?

Why haven't shareholders been able to access MORE INFORMATION regarding production and what is actually going on at the mine site?  I realize the JV agreement stipulates disclosure is determined by 'Board of Managers" of Borealis Mining LLC but are such agreements able to censor public disclosure as it seems we have witnessed here? i.e. Last operational update (which included no production statistics) was released Mar 1.  That means nothing material has happened at the mine site concerning operations or production since March 1?  Maybe it has but the JV agreement trumps public disclosure.  Really?  Are the regulators fine with all of this?  Never did see regulator approval for this agreement.
