Waterton...
Waterton...Here's a question to consider...
How many Waterton Global 'clients' have seen their 'shareholder value' increase as a result of their 'relationship' with Waterton Global?
Here's an old list of current or former Waterton clients I plucked from their website a few months ago. Do some 'Googling' and see where many of these companies are today... that is, if they even still exist. I have filled in the first few that come to mind... Arguably, IMO the most 'successful' of all these Waterton 'clients' for shareholders has been Klondex and that is because they had a CEO who made it his mission TO RID THE COMPANY OF WATERTON DEBT (lead by GMP Securities by the way)...
Klondex Mines (SUCCESSFULLY REFINANCED WATERTON DEBT LEAD by GMP SECURITIES and shareholders have benefitted)
Gryphon Gold Corp. (currently in Ch. 11)
Fire River Gold Corp. (currently in DEFAULT of WGV debt)
Strike Minerals Inc. (currently in DEFUALT of WGV debt)
Huldra Silver Inc. (CCAA proceedings underway)
Prophecy Resource Corp. (now Prophecy Coal... amending agreements with WGV)
Royal Standard Minerals (sold principal property and exchanged WGV debt for cash and shares of Scorpio Gold... ironically another WGV 'client'... share price $0.0024)
Navigator Resource Limited
Sage Gold Inc.
Golden Band Resources
Armistice Resources Corp. (refinanced all of WGV debt and extiunguished gold stream after just 7 months with WGV)
Scorpio Gold Corporation
Selwyn Resources Ltd.
Santa Fe Gold Corp
Jipangu (private company)
