Mushrooms no more?...I believe Trustee was appointed on or about mid-Dec... Order approving appointment was granted Dec 13th... initial period was 90 days... That period will be up on or about March 13th... give or take... Do we get an update from the independent trustee then? Do we see an extension requested/granted? Only 2 weeks from now. Court will certainly expect something.
I am somewhat anxious to see what has been compiled... As I am sure all fellow MUSHROOMS are. Maybe soon we stop being treated like MUCHROOMS and start being treated like SHAREHOLDERS.
