Rule 2004 Examination...

Rule 2004 Examination...I see from free publicly available court documents the trustee has filed motions to conduct 'Rule 2004 Examinations' on: Marvin Kaiser, William Goodhard, and Lisanna Lewis.  This is interesting as I would have assumed GGN Board and Executive would be bending over backward for the trustee given Chapter 11 filing was under their watch and (I thought) they would have some sort of obligation to do so.  No?  Not to mention I would have thought/assumed they would have been and be doing everything possible to facilitate a successful emergence from Chapter 11 for the benefit of the shareholders they were elected and hired to represent.  Maybe they are but it would seem trustee feels these formal examinations are necessary.  That is interesting IMO.  As I have said many times before, I am a longtime shareholder who wants/deserves some answers here.  Hopefully trustee can give shareholders answers they DESERVE and have RIGHT TO KNOW.  JMHO.
