RE:You can't scrub this!!
RE:You can't scrub this!!Exactly. You cannot purge SEC filings. That is what makes the inconsequential removal of news releases from a company website (around the time of a Chapter 11 filing) very puzzling. I know from my own personal experience this section of the website provided an easily accessible convenient chronological listing of news. Nothing out of the ordinary for a PUBLICLY TRADED COMPANY. Was very useful when referencing specific dates of specific events and statements. AS A SHAREHOLDER I used this listing quite often and very much valued this resource. But sometime before or after the Chapter 11 filing this listing suddenly disappeared (I probably posted about it and could probably tell you the exact week it happened). The website did not disappear or become inactive (that would have actually made more sense), just the news releases were all removed. Non-third party content and links do not simply disappear from a website. There was effort involved. In the end it's not the removal of this content that concerns me it's the intent. How would the impact of removal of these news release be anything but negative to shareholders? Why would a company remove anything from their website that would negatively impact shareholders?
