I would guess 1 $ per share is too low. With an reasonable agreement with Colombia, Minesa can probably dig out much more than 500 million NPV out of our Angostora hill. May be even much more than 1

Agreed. There are 100M shares outstanding. Buy them all at $1 a share (a 30X premium over the current 3 cents), which a a ridiculous premium but only 15% of the $700M US sought

What about this purely theoretical idea: Minesa (the Arabs) make a deal with Paulson and other major EOM shareholders and they buy out EOM at a right price. As new EOM owner they can then simply close
