You are accurate Tired. The 85 cents is $US so if we are lucky enough to get a $700 US million award, at 10% of the arbitration figure, it would work out to 85 US cents and would result in about $1.07

With that number, would the distribution waterfall leave around 85 cents per share? $700M US of which 90% goes to the CVRs, leaving $70M US/110 M shares = $0.85/share. Or is that delusional?
