Epidemiologic Solutions Corporation (ESC), an IRS Approved, Qualified Public Charity, Announces Its Commitment of $2,000,000 to Halberd Corporation Research Endeavors (HALB), as Its Initial Step Toward Eradicating Disease

Westlake, Louisiana--(Newsfile Corp. - March 8, 2021) - Epidemiologic Solutions Corporation (ESC), a public charity qualified by the Internal Revenue Service pursuant to Section 501(c)(3) commits not less than $2,000,000 of funding to Halberd Corporation (OTC Pink: HALB) research endeavors.

To date, ESC has received donations surpassing $2,000,000.

ESC committed to donating not less than $2,000,000, including to fund the Halberd Corporation/Arizona State University research contract ($1,371,782) and other endeavors, including through other research partners to be announced.

ESC has paid more than $320,000 in funding for the Halberd Corporation/Arizona State University research contract.

ESC funded the initial $20,000 of the research contract between Halberd Corporation and GreenBioAZ (part of an Arizona State University incubator program).

ESC is committed to eliminating any and all future pandemics - it believes that Halberd Corporation, particularly in partnership with Arizona State University and GreenBioAZ, and separately with yet another major university, is well positioned to accomplish this task.

The Company is impressed with how Halberd has dealt with the complexities attending its research, assigning tasks in accordance with specialties, and reaching out to external resources to provide supplemental, specialized expertise. This is particularly evident regarding the metallic moiety/radio frequency emission research - coordinating the expertise in molecular science possessed by Dr. Chen with the Radiofrequency component expertise contributed by a second university.

Too many lives have already been lost to this pandemic. ESC feels that Halberd is on the right track to combat this pandemic and eliminate future pandemics. The Company cannot imagine a more worthy endeavor to support.
