My predictions
the osc will look for a way to do nothing. Too bad the sec weren't involved. Arrests would be made 
Grand juries would be called. The public spectacle would rival Conrad black, Bernie madoff etc vs the polite incompetence/impotence of ybm, timminco, livent, bre-x, etc etc
the vote will fail next week
the stock will drop 
Slick Eddie will renew the terror campaign and then gloat about how cheap he got the stock
other hedge funds will jump in with catalyst 
and that's just next week or so. in a few weeks the lockup baker has with the Arabs and euros will expire. I'm going to be greedy when others are fearful
