I don't think so !

I own 1300 shares of HBC . I am prepared to watch it drop substantially before I accept 10 and change for my shares . I think 12 dollars is a reasonable number for all concerned . If it drops substantially , guess who the big loser is - Baker . He has tens of millions tied up in this company . Is he prepared to do that ? I would suggest that Baker gets together with the largest minority shareholders and work out a deal . Nobody likes to be stiffed .

well and that is why you will keep working to the day you die  if you got 10.30 and put it elswhere and made more you are on your way
