New to HBOR

Just starting my DD - appreciate any feedback.

Does anyone have the backstory of why there is an interim CEO?

Also, does anyone know whether these low insider ownership stats are true (per my S&P subscription) - I see the Chairman and intermin CEO with zero shares

Also, if anyone is kind of enough to share the what key points about why they like this stock/company. 

I will try to post my thoughts at some point in return.

Interim CEO is part of Entourage Effect Capital. They own a substantial part of this company. See Harborside last raise begining of 2021, CEO was a large participant. Invested in this company because new management doesn't want to fight the tax/IRS, wants to focus on growing business and settling their tax issues. They have great moves over the last year.
