HBOR revenues, same time next year, expected to go up to 165 million under new company name "SateHouse" with the acquisition of 2 new companies. With this announcement brings a 10 million dollar financing and a 77.3 million dollar roll up financing through Pelorus Equity Partners. Our new CEO will be Ed Schmults the current CEO of Urbn Leaf. The new revenues would place us in the No.1 position for Junior MMJ companies reporting in American Dollars with quarterly revenues of 45 million. That places us just under Acreage holdings for quarterly revenues with them being at 48.2 million per quarter.
