How Many Shares for Current Holders?

So, if I have 1000 shares of HBOR now, how many shares of the new company will I have when the latest M&A all shakes out? I can't figure it out. Thanks!

The only shares being issued is for the 10 million financing...  You will still have the same number of shares you started with.
