I think

any announcement of contracts is a waste during this pandemic. However I am surprised that there was no announcement of there platform being upgraded to track cases of the virus free of charge.

I think that is the best time to sign new contracts right now !!!! Capitalize on lack of software systems by US governments during pandemic !!!!
