$HS - Awaiting Contract to Start
$HS has been on a steady decline since the announcement of the last awarded contract but expecting it to pick right back up once they start actually producing for Kentucky. If you get into the weeds the most important thing is that operating costs have been brought down from manageable levels to # that bring in nice margins
