RE: HLO ......Spin-off

RE: HLO ......Spin-offI don't think a spin  off  will do anything  for  HLO.... The  whole  jr  venture   market  is   very depressed at this time.... regardless  of  stage  of   exploration.

What is  needed is to achieve a  critical mass, and  that  could be  done  via  an amalgamation  of  several  Jr  companies as I  have  suggested.

HBM  has an  ongoing   disput  with  CAA  and  has been  forced to  pay  up..... If  CAA  was  to  aquire  more   potential  projects  that  HBM is  involved in,  HBM  would  have  no  choice  but to  aquire  CAA  down the  road.

What is  missing in the  market  is the  end  game... that  provides  the   sizzle  for  investors to  get  into the  Jr  market...

IE  the   sudden  amalgamation  of   Ram and  Sierra this  AM  Both  companies  are  off their  highs... I  would bet that  by the  time this  is  done  Ram is  back to  it's  High  of  Jan  ...JMHO

"Sierra Geothermal Power Corp. and Ram Power Corp. have entered into a non-binding letter of intent in relation to the potential acquisition by Ram Power of all of the outstanding common shares of Sierra. "
