NO MORE SHARES!!!!!!  This does seem kind of odd for a company that was supposed to have cash in the bank , jv`s to cover costs and a nice royalty coming in from there former gold property . This keeps it at 100% . There isn`t a single one of these junior mine executives you can believe or trust.  Wall street bankers are saints compared to these guys.
