Healios KK is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in business in the somatic stem cell regenerative medicine field and in the iPSC regenerative medicine field, which involves research, development and manufacture of regenerative medicine products (iPSC regenerative medicines) utilizing technologies related to induced pluripotent stem cells (iPS cells, iPSCs). You have it bang on. A 1 to 5 split would be the way to go and stills leaves an appropriate share structure going forward. I hope they see it that way but mineralfields seems to have them wrapped up!
