McLachertyWell, Red Lake / Gold Play in Halo's portfolio is NOT Lnyda's lover LOL ,,,,
1. Halo's mgt has been working with HBM, Brokers and Markerting PPs since Sept, This time 4.5 Million financing is all new designed and lead by Pinetree Capital from the day one.
2. Lynda joins Halo since 2007, her focus has being Sherridon and turn it into production... NOT Gold JVs, Gold play was prior to Lynda.. It has been on the Halo's "book" for years, " Chicken ribs" "Grassroots" whatever,,, so just for JV obligations, in the past, Rumors say Halo might sell or spin off these Gold JVs in order to improve working capital / cash position and unlock sharholders value,, just wait till right time and right price, as we knew what happened in in 2007 2008 ...anyway, JV with Gold Corp is absolutely NOT important for Lynda, giving no value here, and people close to company say Red Lake Drill program is delayed, no mention why.. speculation? put that way.
We have mine sooner than VMS is sure thing.
Next news is Sherridon Drill programs begin ( in10 days) then after, PP closed !!!
