Healios KK is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in business in the somatic stem cell regenerative medicine field and in the iPSC regenerative medicine field, which involves research, development and manufacture of regenerative medicine products (iPSC regenerative medicines) utilizing technologies related to induced pluripotent stem cells (iPS cells, iPSCs). I have noticed the same, this so called JOE performs the same away with every company he gets involved with . Perhaps pumps and dumps. ( there are many with the same actions, creating a lot of shareholders confusion).
Recently I have been searching and analyzing this Joe guy's style of doing business; I am staying away from any company that they are involved as I can almost predict the outcome of pumping and dumping for 1 penny profit.

Could you answer the following questions as you appear to be close to the picture.

a) Is Joe part of the PNT group? (Sheldon Inwentash)?
b) If true what you are saying, why are these companies involving themselves with what you called bad JOE group?
c) Are there any grounds for these guys to be checked by "OSC" and investigated on grounds of misconduct or illegal activities?.
d) How can HLO avoid being involved with this so called "JOE group" and their crappy business practices?.

Thanks for bringing this group "JOE" up; they have been on my radar screen for quite awhile,every company they get involved the results are always predictable. ( I am not suprised on your comments and you are not the only one).

Investing a a risky buniness, I do like HLO, would like to see HLO @ $1 down the road and hope manager can have a talk with this JOE's group or keep them away from HLO.
